Shipping Information

Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. For your protection, orders of $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. UPS® will attempt to deliver 3 business days in a row before returning the package.

Special Exceptions

RING SIZING: Rings ship in their standard size (7 for ladies and 10 for men) unless a specific size is selected. Please allow up to 6 additional business days for delivery of specified sizes (ex. 5, 8, 11, etc.).

Express Shipping is not available for rings that require sizing, and is also not available for orders to Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories, FMO/CFPO, or P.O. boxes. FMO/CFPO and P.O. Boxes may require additional time for delivery. Express Shipping delivery is available in most areas. An Estimated Arrival Date will be provided at the time your order is placed. Estimated Arrival Date is the time to process and package the item, PLUS the time to ship to you, based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customers can obtain their UPS® tracking number via email once their item has been packaged and is ready for shipment.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.

If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Luxury Jewelry Connection or UPS, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, LuxuryJewelryConnection.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.
